What are your hire rates?

We offer competitive hourly, daily and weekly rates. Pricing varies by equipment and hire duration. Contact us for a custom quote based on your specific needs.

Do you deliver equipment to site?

Yes. All equipment is delivered to your site ready to work. Delivery is available across South East Queensland from the Gold Coast to Mackay. Delivery fees apply based on location.

Is the equipment serviced and maintained?

Absolutely. All machines are professionally serviced, inspected and fueled before delivery. Our CAT fleet is maintained to manufacturer standards and comes equipped with all necessary attachments.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking at least 3-5 days in advance to guarantee availability. However, we understand projects move fast - call us for urgent or same-day requests and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Do you provide operators with the equipment?

Our standard hire is dry hire (equipment only). If you need an experienced operator, contact us and we can discuss options for your specific project.

What's included with the equipment hire?

All listed attachments, fuel for delivery and basic operating instructions. You're responsible for fuel during use. We can discuss additional attachments or requirements when you book.

What areas do you service?

We're based in North Brisbane and service all of South East Queensland including Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Bundaberg and Mackay. Contact us to confirm delivery to your specific location.

What's your cancellation policy?

We understand plans change. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Cancellation terms depend on timing and will be outlined in your hire agreement.

Can I extend my hire period?

Yes, subject to availability. Contact us before your hire period ends and we'll arrange an extension. Weekly and monthly rates offer better value for longer projects.

What happens if the equipment breaks down?

All equipment is thoroughly inspected before delivery. In the unlikely event of mechanical failure due to normal use, contact us immediately.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer, credit card and for established customers, we offer account terms. Payment details will be confirmed when you book.
